How long does shipping typically take?
Standard international shipping usually takes 7-15 business days. Please note that processing time at our warehouse takes an additional 1-3 business days before your order is dispatched.
Are BORN PRETTY products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. BORN PRETTY does not test its products or ingredients on animals.
What is your return policy for nail polishes and gels?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
Why does my gel polish feel sticky after curing?
Most gel polishes leave a 'tacky' layer after curing under a UV/LED lamp. This is normal and helps the next layer adhere. Simply wipe it with a nail cleanser or apply a 'No-Wipe' Top Coat to finish your manicure.
